Q: Does Happi Pet work with multiple pets?

Yes! Happi Pet is perfect for people with multiple pets and can help you manage all thier medical, nutrition and prescription information in one place!

Q: What type of pets can I add?

You can add almost any type of pet. We have done our best to come up with a list of the most common pets. If an animal is not in the list please email us and we can add it for you! In the mean time, choose exotic as your pet type.

Q: How many pets can I add to my account?

As a Premium Subscriber you can add as many pet's as you want! If you are on a basic plan you can add up to 2 pets.

Q: I have A LOT of pets.

If you are an extreme pet lover and have many pets to add please contact us and we will work with to establish a monthly rate for all those wonderful animals.

Q: Can I share my account with other household members?

Currently only 1 user can be created per account, but we are constantly improving Happi Pet, if you'd like to see this feature sooner please let us know!

Q: How much does a Premium Subscription cost?

The Premium Subscription cost is 3.99 per pet/month plus any applicable sales taxes in your area. With this you get full acces to all features! Please see our feature comparison between the plans.

Q: Do you store my credit card number/is my credit card number safe?

We do not store any credit card information on our system. We use a reputable PCI-certified 3rd party for all our billing.

Q: How often do you bill me?

We bill monthly on the 1st day of the month.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Premium Subscription at anytime by downgrading to basic. Keep in mind that if you have more than 2 pets you would need to remove them.

Q: Can I delete my account?

Absolutely, we allow you to request account deletion. Personal and billing information are removed from our system. Be aware that this means ALL information that has been entered into Happi Pet will no longer be accessible and you will no longer be able to log in with the email you used to create your account. To use the system again please register.

Q: Can I hire a pet sitter through Happi Pet?

Currently, the pet sitter in Happi Pet should be someone you know, trust and have already established a relationship with. At this time Happi Pet does not provide a way to find and hire pet sitters.

Q: Do I need to download an app?

There is no need to download an app. Happi Pet is fully web based and mobile friendly! You can access it anytime from any device as long as you have a browser and a data connection. This also means your information will always be in sync! There is no need to back up information or wait for information to sync to other devices!

Q: Can I access my pet's records from my vet?

We want Happi Pet to be the central hub of all your pet's care; but at this time Happi Pet does not have a way to automatically get data from your vet. This is due to the differences in the systems used by each vet clinic.
